Review of Beverly Hills Cop (1984) by Keenan S — 30 Oct 2012

I only just saw this film today, but I was left wondering where it had been my whole life. Seriously, it's been awhile since I've laughed this hard during a comedy. The action is high-octane and thrilling, the humor is absolutely hilarious, and the acting is simply superb.

However, it is a bit sad to watch knowing how far Eddie Murphy's career has fallen and that director Martin Brest would later go on to directing Gigli, which is the worst comedy I've ever seen (Seriously, it's really bad.

Never see it.). This is a glorious 80's comedy that hasn't aged one bit.
