This was a GREAT movie!!! The body painting scene was my favorite. I also loved the line when the boy asks the girl he's with if she is sure she is not a lesbian. She replies, " I like them hard in the middle and soft in the middle - just like a box of chocolates.
" The movie is well put together. It is not preachy or full of HeteroHate. The movie is about a young girl who is sure of her sexual tastes but has not told her mother who is sexually repressed. The dynamics of the characters is rich and thought provoking.
It is more than worth the rent.
