Alright there are some continuity errors, bad accents, jokes that come from no where, and at some points some obviously bad sound dubbing. None of that even matters. This movie is SO funny that all those things just disappear.
In all honesty I wouldn't be surprised if some of it was done on purpose, so as to give the movie more character, or it could just be an 80's flick. Anyway that's besides the point, this movie's absurd humor just brings it above pretty much all other movies in the same genre.
