Just recently watched this again. The fighting is good, especially from Phillip Rhee and the story is just about the same as any other fight competition movie (e.g. Karate Kid, Rocky 1 - 726). There is some genuine emotion on display but for God's sake, Eric Roberts cannot act (or fight - watch for his stunt double).
