Review of Best in Show (2000) by Elliot G — 08 Sep 2008
It doesn't feel as gimmicky or intentionally quirky as 'Guffman'. The people feel more real, more like actual people, and the jokes are therefore easier to laugh at and more enjoyable on the whole.
I never thought I would actually be made to care about a dog show, and if that was Guest and company's intention, then they succeeded.
