Another brilliant parody by the Spinal Tap / Waiting for Guffman / Mighty Wind crew. This one skewers the wacked-out dog owners and their pets at the annual dog show (ala Westminster in NYC). Watch for an absolutely amazing performance by Fred Willard once again.
.. every line he utters is laugh out loud funny.
