Nice look at a film based on some real life events. Jack Black plays Bernie the nicest guy in the world who befriends an old widow, but eventually murders her because of the way he's treated. It's part film, part documentary with actual townspeople sharing their opinions via interviews.

I enjoyed the film and recommend giving it a look especially for Blacks performance! It's a bit funny at times even though it's a dark kinda comedy!
