Review of Beowulf & Grendel (2005) by Therese M — 14 Nov 2007

Six months ago I saw the first 30 min of this movie, but found it slow paced and dead boring, I stopped watching it. In anticipation of a bigger budget film of Beowulf about to release this week, I decided to give this movie a second chance.

Turns out the 2nd half of the movie was a lot more interesting with a decent storyline. I took in a good message it gave from the story, but was it worth sitting through the whole movie? Not really. If we ever get a run-in together and somehow get across to talk about this movie, I could probably explain the message to you in a lot shorter amount of time.
