Better than the CGI version, at least you can identify with the characters and it's not all about how we can get the next cool 3D shot into the movie. Beowulf also isn't some inflated pompus ass who thinks his s*!% don't stink, he's somewhat of a real man who gets into some trouble and has to work it out for himself.
