Review of Beowulf (2007) by Rosie G — 02 Oct 2010
Beowulf is highly regarded for its groundbreaking animation quality, enriched diaglouge and enthralling action sequences and perhaps not as reknowned for the actual storyline however legendary it may already be, particulary for the non-mythological/fantasy type audiences as the movie doesn't offer a lot of flexibility to account for all viewers.
However, I vastly enjoyed Beowulf, and found it both entertaining and very well made. I would recommend it to all, but critics and movie enthusiasts will need to understand that reviews for these types of movies vary as I mentioned above - some people will find the fantasy highly engrossing while others will find it unworldy unrealistic and difficult to grasp and therefore, find it difficult to enjoy.
