Review of Beowulf (2007) by Jasmine C — 12 Oct 2010
Oh I'm so blowed away by the visual effect, they are magnificent. REally the details are so sophisticated and so real. The hair is flowing and the skin is so rough and the wrinkles all sort of things are brilliant.
The story is so ancient and which makes it so attractive to me. The settings are also another great point to mention, very glamorous and sparkling. They really did make good use of the CG, making impossible things to be possible in the movie.
There are certain limitation that you would have to do it with a lot of help, in other words, restriction due to physics, but they can simply overcome these limitations by doing them all in motion capture.
Definitely would recommend this movie.
