My first ever Depp film. Instant love, especially with my background and an ability to identify with many aspects of these characters.
A feel good charming Depp, outside the Box and showcasing his love for Buster Keaton. The artist, romantic, lover, humane focus of Depp's character will crush any girl's heart like a grape. No Gilbert punn intended. His costars are also convincing, heart-warming and well played. Masterson is very good at 'fragile.'.
