Review of Beneath the Planet of the Apes (1970) by Dean W — 08 May 2011
Charleton Heston clone lands in exactly the same time zone as his buddy. Meets his girlfriend and continues, loincloth and all in a continuation of the classic. The idea of the mutant humans living underground and worshiping the atom bomb is cool though, and it does have its moments, if you can get past the first half hour or so.
