Utterly stupid, drawn out cheap looking cash-in on the classic 1968 original... the story is shoddy at best not to mention a low budget and a seemingly rushed into production feel. Terrible performances (James Franciscus makes Charlton Heston seem like a good actor!) .
.. A typical sequel in all senses of the word.
