Review of Beneath the Planet of the Apes (1970) by Jason J — 27 Aug 2011
Quite often Hollywood rushed to capitalize on a winner and they are too quick to put something on film. The result is a sequel like this one. If you like the Planet of the Apes story, then you are going to watch just because it is entertaining.
This is enjoyable to some but not all. The makeup and sets look cool as always. Worth watching, but not spectacular.
