I liked this movie, even though I think the begining was not strong enough and some moments were too familiar, taking into consideration all the other movies placed at creepy hotels with awkward hosts.
However, I loved Josh Stewart ating, as well as the original idea of the script. I also loved the end and I think most of the people just did not understand it, so they did not liked it.
