Even though Bend It Like Beckham has 2 American actors that are in the movie: Keira Knightley (fresh off of her success from Pirates of the Caribbean) and Jonathan Rhys Meyers, the film ends up becoming a film that is boring, has a weak story, a horrible pace and not likeable characters.
