I wanted to like this film. The acting is good but the writing isn't up to snuff. It seems the writers forgot what the mother knew or should have known. She knows her son is a drug addict and yet doesn't immediately return him to the treatment centre when he turns up at home.
She says he can stay but she will watch him 24hrs a day. She turns her back leaves him alone and guess what he is using again. Whatever. The writing disappointed.
