Saw this last night with great anticipation. Don't feel like writing a lot here today. Will simply say it was in my mind terrible. Dark hard to see the characters at first. They spend a heck of a lot of time convincing you that Masalla and Judah were best of friends, and we get an idea that Masalla has the hots for Judah's sister Tirzah.
. That time could have been spent in other things. I'm straining to make out the story line. Music is a nothing burger. A mish mashed, half baked rendition of one of the most remarkable movies of all time.
What a colossal let down. Glad I'm not one of the investors in this.
