Review of Ben-Hur (1959) by Luck D K — 05 Feb 2011
A third adaptation of the famous novel more in line with our expectations thanks to a casting at the top level that lead us into a world of amazing and attractive. The film is worthy of winning eleven Oscars thanks to careful design and learned to overcome the difficulties of budget with amazing special effects for its time.
52 years have had to make a worthy adaptation of the novel, but we feel the difficulties involved in because they had trouble holding on this marathon.
