Review of Below (2002) by Kevin G — 25 Feb 2009
I found this film by searching "Horror Submarine" because I thought it would be a interesting setting for a horror film and this was exactly what I wanted! It's weird to have not heard of this before; it has a great twisting storyline, top-notch cinematography, brilliant underwater FX and some really tense moments, and yet it seems that no one knows about it.
.. Bad advertising maybe? It's obviously reasonably big budget, AND was written by Darren Aronofsky for christsake! It's a fun watch for a cold night.
