Not Seagal's finest work but not his worst either. Clearly this was a project close to his heart, as, like De Niro in Raging Bull, he's put on a lot of weight for the role.
The amount of scenes that had no point, or that made no sense suprised even me, but its still not as bad as "The Foreigner"....for which I'm generous.
