Review of Belly (1996) by Zehra P — 04 Apr 2010
A story of redemption and the needless, mindless thuggery on the "mean streets" of America. The film shows these so called "gangstas" become to caught up in there own self importance that they feel the need to turn on there own.
Too much usage of the one word I hate the most. Why people feel they need to use such a horrible word to describe each other is beyond me. Good film and great soundtrack. I most say the likes of Nas and DMX should stick to what they do best, Acting is most certainly not there stronger talent.
