Review of Bellflower (2011) by Aaron S — 08 Sep 2012

I had been waiting a year & half to see this movie, not knowing anything about it other than the seven-year behind the scenes backstory of creating their own cameras, car, & flame-thrower; and that it was a bad-ass movie.

And it was. Maybe one of the best independent, debut films I've seen. Great cinematography, lighting & camera effects. Good writing. The acting was a little choppy, but not too bad. Didn't give a full 5 stars because I didn't like the little "safety net" at the end.

Should have stuck to their guns and kept it disturbing.
