Review of Belle (2013) by Vadim D — 28 Apr 2014
I saw this brilliant documentary last Sunday. This is one of the two or three best documentaries I have seen(of many). The excellent narrative is the story of a homecoming and awakening will entertain you, stir many emotions and heighten your connection to all humanity.
You will fall in love with the people of Tanzania and the protagonists of the movie. It gets under your skin, in the way the best art does. The look of the movie is excellent even though the budget was limited.
Fantastic direction by Sylvia Caminer. See it!
