Review of Bella (2007) by Kathryn C — 02 Feb 2009
An amazing film. It takes the viewer on a journey, looks at love and forgiveness in ways that you don't see every day. Anything BUT a cliche movie. I agree with a previous reviewer. The Hispanic culture is great.
I don't know that it's accurate, but it seems that way and it's a lot of fun. You can understand the characters even when they are not speaking English, somehow. I love this movie. I love the way it portrays adoption most of all.
It shows how it saves lives whether literally or in an emotional way. There need to be more movies like this. This is my favorite movie. I have to give it the highest rating possible.
