Review of Being There (1979) by Paul V — 05 Nov 2008
I watched this today in Film & Literature without ever having heard of it before, and I'm glad I did. I liked it very much; Sellers' performance in particular was just funny as hell, and the film was just dryly funny throughout, and makes you think about life and the complexity of seemingly simple day-to-day human interaction in a different way.
Definitely recommended.
