Review of Being There (1979) by Mike V — 28 Feb 2016
Being There is a 1979 American comedy-drama film directed by Hal Ashby.
This drama, containing a number of very funny elements, follows a simple, innocent man for whom things seem to fall into place (naturally). He in turn has a deep impact (unknowingly) on those he meets. Featuring solid performances, this is a movie which slowly draws you in and leaves you, in the final scene, with food for thought.
1001.
