Review of Being John Malkovich (1999) by Marco V — 22 Sep 2011
I remember my English teacher telling over, and over again that charlie Kaufman is a hell-of a crazy writer, and now I understand his perception of that odd comment than left me unsatisfied for more answers, than questions.
One of the craziest- films of all time, indeed. So original in terms of visuals, story and writing. The best thing in here is the dialogue, it is crazily brilliant. It is more about the desire of not liking who you are, which I found as a depressing topic, cause everyone is special by who they are.
Wanted to be in somebody else's body? try John Malkovich. You will not be disappointed.
