Being John Malkovich is smart humor at its finest. Cusack, Keener, and Malkovich deliver some of the most memorable performances of their careers. Even Diaz steps out of her normal, sexy facade and ugs up for an original, one-of-a-kind performance.
Kaufman is inventive and outside the box, and that makes this film worth all the praise that it receives.
