Boldly imaginative, and never lets up -- the premise is insane, and it just gets crazier from that point on. With that said, the movie's by no means perfect. (That's to be expected, though...you can't really get everything right in something this off-the-wall.).
Movies like this are the reason I watch movies. That's all I really have to say.
