Review of Being John Malkovich (1999) by Matthew B — 27 Mar 2015
Brilliant. Truly awesome in every way. This is Cameron Diaz, John Cusack and Catherine Keener at their finest. The beginning started out almost in a different zone of comedy and once we find our little door, it started unravel into this absolutely original and crazy ride that I couldn't take my eyes off of.
Seriously, it has taken me too long to watch this movie, but I am glad I got to watch it now and appreciate it for what it was worth. I don't want to go on too far with this review because this film is best left for your eyes too see and not for you to simply read a review.
Cameron Diaz, I am so proud of your work here and would love to see you take more roles like these. Please be patient and take your time with this film; you will be rewarded with some truly original and brilliant.
5 stars - Now in my top 20 movies of all time.
