Review of Being Flynn (2012) by Cesar Q — 17 Aug 2012
If you are in for a drama then you are in for good one. Being a true story it makes a connection with the watcher very well. I found out it was a true story after I watched it, and it made perfect sense why I this movie flowed like a memoir rather than a film.
My favorite aspect of this movie is how it feels more like a book of film than just a movie. Robert De Niro and Paul Dano play an epic father son combo. This could very well be my favorite De Niro movie.
Portrays a battle of our generation between every ones strive for success, despair of worthlessness in life, and a fatherless generation. A true story produced by Nick Flynn himself!
