Review of Behind the Mask: The Rise of Leslie Vernon (2006) by Not Always V — 17 Sep 2010
I just watched this for the first time tonight and quite frankly was amazed. As a HUGE horror fan I can't believe I missed it up until now. I just love how its pretty much a comedy until the last half hour when it becomes the slasher movies it's parodying but not in an annoying smart ass way like Scream.
The guy who plays Leslie is brilliant and very much reminds me of DEXTER with his humour. Had the right amounts of laughs and some nice gore to but nothing too nasty for any candy asses out there.
Over all essential for any horror fan, I must purchase this immediately.
