Review of Behind the Mask: The Rise of Leslie Vernon (2006) by Scott G — 09 Oct 2011
The concept does not make much sence. a film crew interview a seriel killer as he plans next batch of victims, seeminly in a world where classic figures of horror(freddy, jason ect) were real and still loom large.
it does comment through this man, on horror traits as he plans things out, and to a degree this comes across interesting enough. but when the crew suddenly get morals to save the virgin girl, it looses it and turns into what they are getting at in the filmmaking side.
so a okay film of two halfs.
