Great inventiveness with a tried and tested genre, although it probably isn't the greatest example of the now popular genre of mockumentary but it was entertaining no less. It walked the line between being extremely funny and just averagely humourous.
Perhaps if they'd played it less safe and gone for a more insane approach. Had good moments though (His cardio workout philosophy!!!).
