Very similar in visual style and tone to Boogie Nights, it's an interesting love story that switches back and forth from funny and touching to bizarre and creepy. Great performances from Douglas and Damon, along with some familiar faces in supporting roles, combined with some decent, albeit strange and funny make-up effects.
