Review of Behind the Candelabra (2013) by Elizabeth M — 18 Apr 2014
The film or TV movie as is was in the us treads a narrow line between pastiche, black comedy and biopic. Mat Damon and Michael Douglas are very convincing but I am not sure what the film was trying to do.
I didn't really learn anything about Liberace that I didn't know. Worth watching for Rob Lowe cameo alone.
