Review of Behind Office Doors (1931) by Gregory W — 17 Sep 2010
Earky talkie about a guy who gets a lucky break and becoes the president of a company. He has women problems. His faithful secretary remains with him for several years without nary batting an eye, a blonde bimbo comes around and he instantly offers her a job, he marries his former boss's daughter, etc etc.
What's a guy in pre-code hollywood to do? Not bad, sort of bumpy with shoddy editing and camerawork, but it's fine I suppose.
