Review of Beginners (2011) by Manusiyo K — 15 Jan 2012
Absolutely loved this movie. Ewan McG was heartfelt, authentic and completely loveable. Chris Plummer was so endearing and showed how a person should feel at the end of their life. What an amazingly written story.
I hope it gets the Oscar for original screenplay. Mike Mills was a commercial director back in my day in advertising. I'm glad he graduated to beautiful films like this, hopefully more to come from this director!
