Doesn't have a lot of the quirks that Wes Anderson has, but this is a message to him on how to make a personal movie where the main character is your story, yet, and this is the most important part, doesn't feel completely unrelatable and irrelevant to anyone else watching.
As for the movie itself, I thought it started off intriguing but intrigue implies something to come - and nothing came. but chris plummer was amazing.
