Review of Before the Rain (1994) by Alexander K — 13 Jul 2010
2 stars. Movie is divided into 3 parts, I enjoyed the first, about a kid who lets a fugitive like person sleep in his room. Gets busted for doing so and is immediately kicked out of the community he lives in.
Don't want to give away too much, so I'll leave it there. The second part of the movie I thought was HORRIBLE...has a 90's grunge like appearance at first (which I liked at first). Nice flashback to the 90's.
..but the story right away was a complete borefest! I couldn't even make it thru the movie...believe I stopped the DVD at 45mins. I usually give movies 1star if I bail...but since this was split into three, I thought I give it 2 stars for having a decent 1st parter story.
