With "Before the Devil Knows You're Dead," Sidney Lumet fails to disappoint, giving us yet another dark, engaging thriller. The direction and performances are all top notch, but what really made this film stand out to me is the unflinching portrayal of the horrifying actions that seemingly good people are capable of.
