May you be in heaven a full half-hour before the devil knows your dead.
Two brothers plan a burglary, but things do not go as planned.
The director of 12 Angry Men, puts his efforts towards an engrossing crime film. with Phillip Seymore hoffman, Ethan Hawke, Marisa Tomei, and Albert Finney in the cast, Devil is bursting with terrific performances, particularly from Hoffman and Finney.
The film is essentially a character study of multiple characters, as its non-linearity shows certain events from many different characters points of view. May only complaint can be attributed to the films non-linearity, but at the same time that same fault might be what makes it so compelling in the first place.
