Review of Before Sunset (2004) by Daisy M — 01 May 2010
This was the sequel to the 1995 Before Sunrise. Jesse (Ethan Hawke) and Celine (Julie Delpy) met 9 years after their first meeting. They've changed a lot from their first meeting and now both were in their 30s, and more mature.
Jesse was married, while Celine still could not find her mister Right. Like the first movie, the dialogue was intense, they completely capture a friendly conversational during the whole movie while walking in the streets of Paris.
.By the end of the movie, it became clear that not all was lost, their was still love hidden in their hearts, cherished by their memories and the moments they have spent together almost 10 years ago.
