Review of Before Sunset (2004) by Andrew L — 29 Dec 2012
This is a fantastic film. The story of Jesse and Celine continues nine years later which allows the film to feel very authentic. The moods and emotions that the viewer felt from watching the first film come rushing back quickly.
The reason why the film has a lot of hopefulness, heartbreak, and excitement is because the characters feel very real. The cinematography was great once again. While there wasn't a lot of locations, the areas were chosen well to give a romantic, yet casual feel which matched the story perfectly.
Definitely worth it to watch.
