Review of Before Sunrise (1995) by Patrick B — 30 Apr 2015
I seen this movie after experiencing my first real relationship ending, and man did it have a effect on me. The stages of developing intimacy between two strangers just felt so real while watching this film.
It was not over exaggerated at all and never seemed fony in anyway, all I seemed to fell was that I was watching two young people enjoying each others company and in result forming some sort of a relationship.
The chemistry between Ethan Hawke and Julie Delpy is just breath taking, with the seemed to be improvised diaologe and the (seeming real at the time) sexual tention between the two characters just was honest in delivery.
I can't see any faults in this movie and is, in my mind, the greatest romance film ive ever seen.
