It has been a while since whe left Jesse and Céline in Paris, so it is nice to meet them again on holidays in Greece. The movie opens with Jesse and his son from a previous marriage at the airport which is the most moving scene of the film according to me.

Afterwards, we get a glimpse of their idyllic holidays with Jesse's friends in South Peloponnese. Although the scene during lunch with their friends is good, I wish there were more scenes with Jesse and Céline on their own such as the parts when they come back from the airport or the ending in the hotel room.

In my opinion, it is during these scenes that the relationship between the characters and the actors is the best. I felt the scene when Jesse speaks about his next book with his friends was unnecessary.

On the contrary, the ending is too short : after their clash in the hotel room, I felt Jesse wins back Céline's heart too easily/quickly. I would have prefered a longer ending or having to wait a few years until the next movie to know whether Jesse got Céline back (and gave her one of these nights she still remembers at 82).
