Review of Before Midnight (2013) by Kilo D — 21 Oct 2013
Incredible, honest and Ethan Hawke is, surprisingly, good--so good, in fact, that I can smell an Oscar nom for him and Julie Deply. "Before Midnight" might be Mr. Linklater's finest work as a writer and director, echoes of Fassbinder are hard to not notice both visually and thematically.
Truly wonderful filmmaking that will stay with one for a long, long time.
