Before I Go To Sleep had a lot going for it: an interesting story, a talented director and a spectacular trio of actors chewing scenery and for the most part, that's exactly what Nicole Kidman, Colin Firth and Mark Strong do.

As a showcase of acting talent, it's a fantastic watch - unsurprisingly consider just the calibre of actors we've got here. Sadly, the movie just isn't all that interesting. The performances are enough to recommend it but there isn't much here in way of story.
